1. What is ‘Manjakani’?

2. What is ‘Tongkat Ali’?
‘Tongkat Ali’ or its scientific name “Eurycoma Longifolia Jack” or sometimes known as “Long Jack” is a root of a tree normally found in the jungles of South East Asia. It is traditionally used as a medicine to boost the sexual performance among men and also to increase the blood circulation and metabolism. Please click here for more info on Tongkat Ali.

3. Is there any side effect for using these products?
There is no side effect associated to this product because it is made of natural herbs.

4. How long will it take effect?
For Tongkat Ali product, it will take some time to see the result after a regular intake. Tongkat Ali acts by stimulating testosterone and c-GMP production. By enhancing the synthesis of the hormone it requires a longer time period to establish its effects. The benefits are felt gradually after a period of time. Optimal effectiveness should be felt within a week of continuous use. When the testosterone level increases, health and vitality are rejuvenated. For Manjakani Plus Gel, you will see the effect almost immediately; maximum effect will be felt within 10 to 15 minutes after application.

5. Why can't I find these products in my country?
Our products are only available in South East Asia, particularly in Malaysia due to the availability of the herbs 'Tongkat Ali' and 'Manjakani' which can only be found in this region.

6. Is there any refund policy?
Yes, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send the unused product in a good condition back to us within 30 days of your order and receive exchange or refund on your merchandise. Delivery and handling charges on returns are NOT refundable, but we will send all exchange items freight free.

7. How much is the shipping fare?
We will deliver our products right to your door step anywhere in the world at only USD 5 flat for each product purchased.

8. What type of courier service do you use?
We use Registered Mail via Malaysian Postal Service. We are not using express delivery because it's very expensive to ship the product from Malaysia to your country. We are trying to keep the price of our products as low as we can, and also not to burden you as our customer on the shipping charges.

9. How long can I receive my order?
We will ship your products 2 - 3 days after your order, and please allow 2-3 weeks for the products to arrive at your doorstep. Normally, it will take 1 week for the product to reach your country. It will take another 1 - 2 weeks for the custom clearance. Please take note that if you are using online check, we will wait for the clearance of the check before we can proceed with the shipment of the product. Therefore, it will take more time for your products to reach you, normally 1 - 2 weeks longer than using credit cards.
