Shipping

Our shipping and handling fee is just USD 5 for each product purchased. We ship our products via Malaysia Postal Service to any country in the world (except Israel).

Delivery

We will process your order within 2 days after the confirmation of receipt. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks (depends on location and subject to Customs Clearance) for the product to arrive at your doorstep. We will notify you via email in case the items you ordered are out of stock.

Returns Policy

At HerbsForLove.com, we do our best to serve quality service to you as our valued customers. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send the unused product in a good condition back to us within 30 days of your order and receive exchange or refund on your merchandise. Delivery and handling charges on returns are NOT refundable, but we will send all exchange items freight free. Please include your PayPal order number for easy reference.
