Shipping

Our shipping and handling fee is just USD 5 for each product purchased. We ship all products via Malaysia Postal Service.

Delivery

We will process your order within 2 days after the confirmation of receipt. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks (depends on location and subject to Customs Clearance) for the product to arrive at your doorstep. We will notify you via email in case the items you ordered are out of stock. Please take note that if you are using online check, we will wait for the clearance of the check before we can proceed with the shipment of the products. Therefore, it will take more time for your products to reach you, normally 1 - 2 weeks longer than using credit cards.

Returns Policy

At HerbsForLove.com, we do our best to serve quality service to you as our valued customers. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send the unused product in a good condition back to us within 30 days of your order and receive exchange or refund on your merchandise. Delivery and handling charges on returns are NOT refundable, but we will send all exchange items freight free. Please include your PayPal order number for easy reference.

Please note that we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
